Who's Who

Ron Buchholz - President - has been in the heating industry since 1974, starting as an installer and then opening his own store in 1977. He spends most of his time doing the owner's duties—scheduling, service, customer service, and ordering products.

Ron Shearer - Store Manager- joined All-Ways Warm Stoves in 1994. Prior to his employement with the company, he maintained his own business as an installer contractor. You will find Ron in Sales, Service, and overseeing all the employees.  His installation and hearth products experience has been an asset to the company.
